The video is complete and ready for distribution. Members were given copies to take back to their agencies. Charlton and St. Anne’s will be showing the video in their waiting room and also at the Career Center. The group is working on an accompanying brochure. The next meeting is on June 15th at 1:00 at Habit Management. The video was distributed to those in attendance. Other copes can be obtained through the workgroup.
The cardiac study has been presented at St. Anne’s for an internal review. They have approved the report as presented. We are working with their marketing department for a spokesperson. We will also have a spokesperson from Charlton and David will be representing Partners. There will be a presentation on or around July 5th announcing the report. David will help work on a press release.
The annual poster contest will be following today’s meeting. Tomorrow is the Mayor’s Youth Forum at the Boys and Girls Club. There is another youth coalition being formed in the city. We will be getting together with this coalition to work on youth issues.
