The group is working on the barriers to health care survey. The PCP video is in its final stages of editing and will be available for distribution in the near future. This video will be distributed to local waiting rooms. Letters went out trying to recruit new members.
The screening for tenth graders is completed at Durfee. The physical education grant is moving along slowly. Once space is figured out, things should progress much quicker. There is no particular focus yet for the upcoming year other than participation in the poster contest and youth forum. Copies of SouthCoast Hospital’s video Aftershocks II was available for distribution. This video deals with violence among youth. Copies are available through BJ Valente at FSA and through the hospital.

Thanks to all for your hard work planning this event. It was very well organized and went very well. A special thanks to Lorraine Rosa for her expertise and hard work. The breakfast was well attended, and mostly all in attendance paid. The information tables provided not only financial help but a great opportunity for people to network. About 10 legislators were there, and all had the same message "call". They are expressing to people to call their offices when there are specific issues that arise.
