Healthy City Fall River is an initiative of the Mayor's Office in partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health's (DPH) Community Health Network Area organization, Partners for a Healthier Community, Inc., supported by DPH linkage funds and involving all of the people who live or work in the City of Fall River.
