The Diabetes Association,
Inc. presented "The ABCs of Diabetes" with Norma Mello, RN, BS, CDE,
(pictured below, top three photos) along with blood pressure and blood sugar screenings done by visiting
nurses of St. Anne's Hospital (bottom, left photo) and Health First
(center, left and right photos) at the
Niagara-Maplewood Senior Center in Fall River. Adult Program Director Lee
Vasconcelos-Dolan (pictured,
lower right) coordinates a series of workshops throughout the year to
people with diabetes and their caregivers and to individuals at high risk
