Services

Since 1969, Saint Anne's Hospital has offered Lifeline substance abuse services for adolescents and adults. Lifeline offers both methadone detoxification and maintenance for opioid dependency (e.g., heroin, morphine, Percodan, etc.) and the following support services:

  • One-on-one counseling

  • Family/group counseling

  • Relapse prevention and management groups

  • Convenient counseling and group appointments

  • Adolescent evaluation and substance abuse services

Psychiatrist referral available
 

Insurance

Lifeline services are covered by many forms of insurance, including commercial insurance and certain programs administered by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MassHealth, Department of Public Health). A sliding fee scale is available for those without insurance. Lifeline follows federal guidelines regarding confidentiality.
 
Hours Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
