Services	HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. is a non-profit, federally qualified community health center whose mission is to ensure that all residents of Greater Fall River receive quality, affordable health care, regardless of their ability to pay. HealthFirst’s programs and services include: Primary care for adults and children Cardiology Services Gastroenterology Services Obstetrics for Pregnant Women Dental Services WIC (Women, Infants & Children) Nutrition Program Nutrition & Social Services Chronic Disease Case Management Prescription Assistance Program
Insurance	HealthFirst accepts ALL patients, regardless of their financial status. The center’s financial counselors assist patients with applications for health insurance, including the State’s new Commonwealth Care Program, or determines the sliding fee scale that is appropriate for each patient. Most third party insurances are also accepted.
Hours	HealthFirst’s convenient hours, 24-hour physician telephone coverage and same day sick appointments make health care easily accessible. Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Sunday10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
