Youth CHOICES Action Plan Organization: Partners for a Healthier Community, Inc. |

| The focus of the Youth CHOICES is on youth substance abuse and violence prevention and any intervention involved in preventing youth risk behaviors. This Work Group of Partners for a Healthier Community, Inc. collaborates closely with school systems to ensure an integration between school-based and over thirty community programs. | ||
