A Healthy City Summit was held at Bristol Community College on March 25th, 2004. Judith Kurland offered the keynote address to an audience of over 100 participants.

Ideas of ways to address the Action  An invitation was then issued to the Design Team representatives of the community to review a draft of the Action Plan beginning on May 13, 2004.

Priorities were reviewed and discussed at this Summit.

The results of that review, along with input from the Mayor’s Office, produced the 2004-2009 Action Plan.
