Walking to Better Mental
Health |

The Walking to Better Mental Health is an eight-session beginner's, weekly, self-paced walking group for inactive adults with mental health issues and possibly chronic health issues who would benefit from activity in a social group as a motivator to develop a healthier lifestyle offered by the Family Service Association. |
