Report your progress

The Healthy City process requires that each participant describe their intended activity clearly so that others in the city will understand how that project will contribute to the overall Action Plan Priority goals. This brief format enables the Healthy City Design Team to understand each project and to evaluate the progress of that project over time.

Progress reporting process The progress reporting process is designed to be simple and straight-forward. Participants agree to summarize their progress in a few words in the spring of each year.
Annual report of progress Progress is first reported at the annual Spring Celebration held in April at the U-Mass Professional Learning Center. All Action Plan Participants are invited to attend this event.

Published progress report

Following the Spring Celebration, Healthy City Fall River publishes a Summary of Accomplishments detailing the progress of the Action Plan Participant for that year. This report is widely distributed and posted in pdf format on the Healthy City web site.

Community Report Card

The impact of the Healthy City initiative on measures of the health status of Fall River residents is reported periodically through a Community Report Card.
