|
The Fall River Council on Aging sponsors an Older Adult Fitness Program for adults over age 60 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday morning at the Niagara-Maplewood Senior Center on Stafford Road. The class is taught by a certified and experienced instructor from the Greater Fall River YMCA who leads the group in a variety of steps set to music designed to promote balance, flexibility and coordination. The program is open to all seniors in the Greater Fall River Area with a suggested donation of 50 cents per class. This program is funded through a grant from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs. |
