This program will focus on offering high-risk youth assistance in order to develop goals and opportunities in their lives that will allow them to avoid the same patterns of chronic substance abuse and tobacco use that their parents have endured, and, in turn, create new destinations for themselves.

80% of participating youth will benefit from a decreased risk of becoming chemically dependent or using tobacco through receiving support, education, assistance and referrals through participation in the project |

Enroll at least 150 youth in a 12-month period to participate in the four week curriculum that will run six times annually |
