Latino Adult Support Group |

The Diabetes Association, Inc. (DAI) offers a Latino-American Adult Support Group that offers assistance to Latino-Americans on how manage their diabetes and answer their questions and concerns by providing resources. The group learns what diabetes is and how it is impacting the Latino community, the importance of exercise to managing diabetes, and and how to reduce glucose levels. At the end of the meetings, the group enjoys a snack according to nutritionist standards. |
