Healthy Cooking Classes |

The International Institute of Culinary Arts offers healthy cooking classes, including "Mediterranean Cuisine" and "Cooking Light and Healthy" at their facility at 100 Rock Street. Chefs Mike Petibon and Robert Castagna teach easy recipes for flavorful and flexible sauces and entrees that are low in fat and calories. They also offer an entire week of healthy Mediterranean cooking for anyone who would like to sample this style of cooking. |
