Food, fun and Fitness
Program |

Health First Family Care Center offers an interactive approach to health and fitness. Families meet monthly with a nutritionist and a social worker for education and fun activities. Children receive a free membership to the Boys and Girls Club for a free family swim every Wednesday night. CD Recreation offers a recreation/sports program on the first and third Saturday. Family members receive free incentive items (e.g. soccer ball) for participating. |
