Fit For Life Intergenerational Program

This program of the Family Services Association (FRFSA) uses music and dance top promote physical activity and wellness among elders and school-aged children. Fit For Life provides the common ground to forge bonds between generations by offering dance as exercise in an intergenerational, culturally meaningful format. FRFSA will offer six dance sessions along with a "train the trainer" component open to interested community members..

To engage school-aged children and elders in a program of exercise through dance at six locations in Fall River
