Community
Development Recreation Summer Lunch & Park Program held its Opening Day
event on Saturday, June 19th, 2004, at Ruggles Park. Events included a climbing
"wall" provided by the National Guard on which participants of all ages
could test their strength and climbing abilities, as well as other games
and arts and crafts. | ||

Community Development provided a program of free fun and food every weekday from June 28th to September 3rd, 2004. Locations and times included: Griffin Park, Abbott Court, Fa Diaferio Housing Development, Kennedy Park, Lafayette Park, Maplewood Park, Pulaski Park, North Park, and Ruggles Park, sponsored by YMCA. Lunches are served indoors on rainy days. Call for further information and locations at 508-679-0922 or check the website at www.cdrec.org.
