Participants in the Greater Fall River Fitness Challenge and the Fall River Parent Academy who attended the ninth presentation in the weekly series, "How to Lose Weight Without Going Hungry" on March 12, 2016 heard Dr. David Weed and Southcoast Health employee Katie Beth Wright talk about what to eat every day when following a low carbohydrate, high fat diet.  Dr. Weed started by explaining some basics about low-carb diets, including possible problems when first starting, and Katie Beth went on to describe the foods she purchases and prepares.
