Nutrition
educators from the University of Massachusetts Extension Nutrition Education Program
in Fall River offered their third cooking demonstration at the Downtown
Farmers' Market on July 28, 2011. This time, the produce came from the
Coutinho Farm in Berkley, MA run by Antonio Coutinho. "We decided to
take advantage of all of the wonderful zucchini that's available at this
time of year to make a wonderful zucchini bread," reported UMass
nutrition educator Jessica Wilcox. Visits to farms and the cooking demonstrations
are filmed
each week and aired on Fall
River Government Channel on cable television. Click
