educators from the University of Massachusetts Extension Nutrition Education Program
in Fall River offered their final cooking demonstration at the Ruggles
Park Farmers' Market on September 28, 2011 with a butternut squash
soup recipe made with locally-raised apples and pears. Nutrition
educators Lindsey Magan and Jessica Wilcox demonstrated how to cut up the
ingredients, cook them and then blend them into a delicious and nutritious
soup. The entire demonstration was videotaped by Phil
Sabatino for airing on Fall
