Parents, grandparents, caregivers and children had the chance to participate in a Spring Fling event at the Boys and Girls Club on May 25, 2011. Sponsored by People Incorporated's Greater Fall River Early Intervention Program, the morning gave parents the chance to learn about the many resources available to them in the City of Fall River, including tables provided by the WIC program, Seven Hills, the BOLD Coalition, SSTAR Family Healthcare, Early Head Start, Beacon ABA Services, the Fall River Public Library and many others. "There was really something for everyone," commented Karen Sigman of the Early Intervention Program who organized the event. Click here for photos of the EIP "Mommy and Me" event.
