Fall
River Fitness Challenge participants had their eleventh and final
Challenge event of the four-month season at the Fall River Industrial Park
where they walked the 3.5 mile route on a beautiful May 7th morning. Many
were looking forward the the Fitness
Challenge Finale at the Eagle Restaurant on May 20th where the winning
teams and winning male and female participants will be announced. Sponsored by the
Diabetes Association, Inc.
(DAI), CD-REC,
the
Fall River YMCA, General
Fitness and Healthy City Fall
River, and supported by grants from the United
Way of Greater Fall River and Partners
for a Healthier Community, the Challenge offers low cost opportunities for those who
live, work or attend school in Fall River to get fit. Click
