Community Development Recreation opened its new Neighborhood Fitness Center in November 2007 using newly expanded and renovated space on the first floor of the 72 Bank Street facility (Veterans Memorial). The Fitness Center offers state-of-the art equipment, a satellite link for an LCD television, and a training schedule that will accommodate nearly everyone. Certified Personal Trainer Amy Jones of  Where Is The Work-Out is available throughout the week to lead classes or provide individual personal training. And the fees are very reasonable:

  • $50 for six months of access to the Fitness Center

  • Personal Training with Amy Jones: $13 for 1st session each week, $10/2nd , $8/3rd, and $5/4th

  • Zumba Classes - Thursdays @ 6PM/$3

If you are a participant in the Fitness Challenge, then you are eligible for:

  • Membership to CDREC’s Neighborhood Fitness Center - 5 months for only $24!

  • Sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer - Mondays @ 6 PM/$5

  • Fun, high-impact aerobic Zumba! Classes - Thursdays @ 6PM/$3

  • Personal Trainer sessions available with Fitness Center membership..
