The Youth Services Department staff of the of the Fall River Housing Authority organized a Blacktop Basketball League at the Father Diaferio Housing Development off of Locust Street in the city's north side. Games have been played at the court on Eddy Street every Tuesday and Thursday evening during July and August at the court that abuts the east side of the development. The league has two divisions with four teams in each for youth 13 through 19 years of age.
